Money Back Process:
Once a refund agreement is established and approved, our finance department will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund may take approximately 6 to 8 business days to reflect in your credit or PayPal account.
Digital Marketing Services:
Our refund policy is designed to provide a risk-free experience. However, there are specific instances where a refund may not be applicable:
- If you have availed of promotional packages or discounted offers, a 100% money-back claim will not be available.
- Once you have approved our digital marketing strategies, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- Concurrent engagement with another agency during our service provision will void the refund eligibility.
- If you have approved more than three stages of the marketing plan, you will not qualify for a refund.
- Cancellation of the project by Digital Tech House due to valid reasons will not entitle you to a 100% refund.
- For custom packages, failure to communicate with us within six weeks will result in forfeiture of the refund.
- Instances of inappropriate behaviour or misconduct in communication with our project team will void the 100% refund claim.
If your situation does not fall within any of the above scenarios, you are entitled to proceed with our money-back guarantee offer.
Website Design Services:
For website design services, specific refund conditions apply:
- A 100% refund can be claimed within 24 hours of deposit, provided work has not yet commenced.
- If all necessary information is provided and work has not yet begun, you are eligible for a 75% refund upon cancellation.
- A 100% money-back guarantee is unavailable once the website design work is completed and delivered.
Please note that we retain the right to accept or reject projects. It is advised that you communicate your project requirements before purchasing to ensure eligibility for a 100% payment claim.

Legal Rights and Ownership:
All digital marketing materials and designs produced by Digital Tech House exclusively belong to you, the client. We relinquish all rights to the materials upon completion of the project. We do not assume responsibility for trademark registration; you retain full rights to register trademarks associated with our work. In cases where payment issues arise and a client’s payment is declined, our designs will temporarily remain our asset until the payment matter is resolved.
Ownership of designs is transferred to you upon full payment for the package you have selected. In the rare event that our designs inadvertently resemble those of another entity, we will provide you with a fresh set of designs free of charge. Once the final files are delivered to you, Digital Tech House waives all ownership rights to the digital marketing materials.
